Carrick Veterinary Group opened in 1986 and has been welcoming pets in the area ever since. We have been providing expert veterinary care for many decades and currently treat over 3,000 pets per year.
Carrick Veterinary Group was acquired by CVS (UK) Limited in 2007 and now operates as part of this larger group of veterinary practices and veterinary service providers. We also merged with Bridge House Veterinary Surgery in 2017 to provide veterinary services to pet owners in Nottinghamshire.
We have a team of experienced vets headed by our clinical director, Brian Sargeant. We are also a veterinary nurse training practice and are proud to train veterinary nurses. All our staff have been chosen for their unique skills and enthusiasm to provide the best care for your pets.
In 2015, 10 members of staff received nominations for the prestigious Pet Plan Veterinary Awards, in the categories of Vet of the Year, Nurse of the Year and Support Staff of the Year.
We are an RCVS accredited Small Animal General Practice offering a range of services including nurse clinics as well as the Healthy Pet Club. Read more about what our RCVS accreditation means for you here.
We understand how visits to the vet can be stressful for certain animals, and that’s why we are accredited as a Cat Friendly Clinic and have Rabbit Friendly Status.
We look forward to welcoming you and your pet to Carrick Veterinary Group, where pets are family.
